Includes step-by-step how-to, examples from competitions and a way to practice on your own. 2 things to add: with the hand that reaches around the back of your opponent's neck, don't forget to twist your palm so that it faces out as you grab the sleeve of the other hand. this can make all the difference as it helps to close off any extra space and seal the blood choke. also, try not to just drive your forearm down on their adam's apple, but rather focus on really reaching around as far as you can with that top hand so that it's kind of like you're pinching off their head :) www.realitymartialarts.ca
